Fitness has been a part of my life since the 7th grade. Always the smallest (and shortest) kid in my class, I needed an edge as an athlete. I began working out to get stronger and haven't stopped since then. Working out has been a part of my lifestyle ever since. Keeping me strong, mobile, flexible, energized, confident, competitive, and any other empowering-adjective that you can think of. A career change later in life allowed me to help people experience those same feelings; and much more! I could now not only help people lose weight and get stronger & shaplier, but add value to their lives by helping them feel stronger, more energized, more confident, etc. Even help them complete some very simple daily tasks that were once a challenge. I train people's minds as well as their bodies. It takes a legitimate mental shift in order to not only achieve massive results/change, but also to create the discipline needed to maintain & retain these results & changes. Anyone can join any-old 21-Day Challenge or 1 Month Challenge or 90 Day Challenge. But statistics show that most of those individuals complete the program and stop there!
