KBC Training is a blend of Kettlebell, Barbell, & Calisthenics Training all in one. KBC Training is not your every-day total body workout. The workouts are designed to keep your body on its toes; elevating and dropping the heart rate frequently. Forcing you to engage your mid-section, or core muscles, through most exercises. The functional & calisthenics elements of KBC will help keep your mobility up high; lowering your risk of injury. Making you move as you’ve never moved before.

This 12 week program will increase strength, improve stamina, and increase muscle mass. The first several weeks are a mostly total-body strength workouts. After which you'll kill one-body-part-a-day for the remaining weeks. As always, modifications can be made based on physical restrictions, strength levels, injury, and available equipment

Fitness has been a part of my life since the 7th grade. Always the smallest (and shortest) kid in my class, I needed an edge as an athlete. I began working out to get stronger and haven't stopped since then. Working out has been a part of my lifestyle ever since. Keeping me strong, mobile, flexible, energized, confident, competitive, and any other empowering-adjective that you can think of. A career change later in life allowed me to help people experience those same feelings; and much more! I could now not only help people lose weight and get stronger & shaplier, but add value to their lives by helping them feel stronger, more energized, more confident, etc. Even help them complete some very simple daily tasks that were once a challenge. I train people's minds as well as their bodies. It takes a legitimate mental shift in order to not only achieve massive results/change, but also to create the discipline needed to maintain & retain these results & changes.
